Natural Language vs Computer Language
There are different natural languages in the world like English, French, Pashto, Arabic etc. The only purpose of any natural language is to make understand others. The natural language we use to make understand anyone the same person must know the language we use.
But computer is not capable to understand natural language therefore we need to learn computer language to interact with it. As every language has rules same computer languages have rules.
